At Radiant Naturopathics, Aimee Joubert is committed to helping her clients rediscover balance and vitality through personalised naturopathic care. With a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies, Aimee draws on her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, energy medicine, herbal medicine, human nutrition, and the latest research to help her clients achieve their health goals.

Aimee’s approach focuses on addressing the root causes of health concerns while empowering her clients with practical, evidence-based solutions.

She believes in the body’s ability to heal when supported with the right tools, whether through nutrition, herbal medicine, or lifestyle modifications. Every treatment plan she creates is thoughtfully tailored to suit each person’s unique circumstances and goals.

Her passion for naturopathy is deeply personal. Having faced chronic health challenges herself, Aimee understands the frustrations and complexities of navigating health struggles. This experience has shaped her empathetic and understanding approach, ensuring her clients feel truly seen and supported.

Aimee is dedicated to helping others find balance, vitality, and confidence in their health journeys. She believes that when people feel their best, they can live their most vibrant and fulfilling lives—and she feels privileged to play a part in that transformation.

What is naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a comprehensive health practice that emphasises a holistic approach. In Australia, naturopathic therapies often focus on nutrition, lifestyle and Western herbal medicine. Explore all the modalities offered by Radiant Naturopathics on our Services page.

A naturopath’s practice is guided by six core principles:

  1. Healing Power of Nature: Naturopathy leverages the body's inherent capacity to restore and maintain health, supporting and enhancing natural healing processes.

  2. Identify and Treat Root Causes: Rather than just alleviating symptoms, naturopathic medicine aims to uncover and address the underlying causes of illness, ensuring more effective and lasting solutions.

  3. First, Do No Harm: Naturopathic treatments prioritise safety and gentleness, focusing on non-invasive methods that minimise the risk of adverse effects.

  4. Doctor as Teacher: Educating patients is a cornerstone of naturopathy. Practitioners provide guidance and resources, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health.

  5. Treat the Whole Person: Naturopathy takes a comprehensive approach by considering physical, emotional, mental, and environmental factors, treating the individual as a whole rather than targeting isolated symptoms.

  6. Disease Prevention and Health Promotion: Emphasising preventive care, naturopathy promotes healthy lifestyle choices to prevent disease and enhance overall well-being.
